We created daktar online to reduce the distance not just the physical distance, but the emotional and system-driven gap between doctors and patients. In today’s India, access to the right doctor at the right time can still feel uncertain. Patients lose precious hours waiting, traveling, and searching. Doctors lose precious energy managing schedules, answering repeated calls, and handling administrative work that takes them away from care.
