Creative Downtown Nashville Meeting Space & Event Venue

Finding the right location for a professional event is often the hardest part of the planning process. When you search for downtown Nashville meeting space, you are usually presented with endless lists of traditional hotels that feel stiff, corporate, and frankly, a little uninspired. If you are tired of hosting meetings in windowless rooms that drain your team's creativity, it is time for a change. At Harthall Hotel, we have designed our event facilities to be the exact opposite of the "standard" hotel experience, offering a space that encourages innovation, connection, and real progress.

Located in the Wedgewood-Houston (WeHo) district—often referred to as Nashville’s "Creative Core"—our hotel offers a refreshing alternative for those hunting for downtown Nashville meeting space. While we are just a short drive from the busy streets of downtown, we provide an atmosphere that feels like a true neighborhood sanctuary. Surrounded by local art galleries, distilleries, and innovative makers, our venue is built to keep your team energized and focused. We believe that your meeting environment should be an extension of your company’s culture, which is why we offer flexible configurations that work for everything from strategy offsites and creative workshops to intimate client presentations.

One of the biggest struggles with booking downtown Nashville meeting space is the logistics. Teams are often scattered across different hotels, dealing with traffic and parking, and wasting time getting everyone to the same location. Harthall changes the game with our unique "Aparthotel" concept. Because we offer luxury, apartment-style suites on-site, you can host your meetings and house your entire team in one location. Each suite features a chef-ready kitchen, comfortable living areas, and high-speed Wi-Fi, allowing your team to move seamlessly from a productive meeting to a relaxed evening without ever leaving the property.

Our commitment to your event goes beyond just providing four walls and a table. We have crafted an experience that helps your team balance work and life while they are in town. After a long day of brainstorming or presenting, your attendees can head to our stunning rooftop terrace. It is the perfect place to enjoy the sunset, take in the Nashville skyline, and unwind in a way that just isn’t possible in a typical office building. We also feature high-quality on-site dining and essentials at 'Present Tense' and 'Hippo Bodega,' ensuring that no one is stressed about grabbing a meal or a coffee during a busy schedule.

We are also proud to be one of the few places offering downtown Nashville meeting space that is fully pet-friendly. We know that many modern professionals have furry companions they don't want to leave behind, and we believe travel should be inclusive. By making our event spaces and suites welcoming to pets, we take the stress out of your planning, ensuring that everyone on your team is comfortable and ready to focus on the work at hand.

At Harthall Hotel, we have stripped away the formal, stuffy traditions of the hospitality industry to create a space that feels personal, modern, and genuinely useful. We want your event to be successful, but we also want it to be a positive experience that your team actually looks forward to. If you are ready to stop settling for generic venues and want to find a downtown Nashville meeting space that brings style, comfort, and functionality together, we invite you to host your next project with us.
