Surrogacy laws in Bangkok

It is critical to verify the current state of surrogacy laws in Bangkok or any other region. As of my last update, Thailand's surrogacy regulations had changed in 2015. Thailand outlawed commercial surrogacy for foreigners in 2015. This followed other high-profile examples that raised ethical questions. However, altruistic surrogacy, in which a surrogate is not compensated beyond medical expenditures and related costs, is still lawful for married heterosexual couples with at least one Thai spouse. Thailand generally prohibits same-sex couples and singles from pursuing surrogacy.
