Vinyasa yoga with Alisa - a challenging class with a lot of movement
Hatha Yoga, Stretch and Yin Yoga with Mike
Hatha yoga class - typical yoga class including warm up, sun salutations, balancing postures, standing postures, abdominal work, back bends, forward bends, twists and hip stretches.
Yin yoga - Hatha yoga postures done in a more relaxing way by holding the postures for longer duration (2 to 5 mins) using props to get comfortable and also resting between postures. Gives deep stretch for the connective tissues and muscles and also very calming for the mind.
Stretch Yoga - various yoga postures/stretches where emphasis is on stretching rather than strength work. Easier than a Hatha yoga class
