Introduction
Welcome to ADLOT DIRECTORY ("ADLOT"). By accessing ADLOT DIRECTORY you are agreeing to the following terms, which are designed to make sure that ADLOT DIRECTORY works for everyone. This policy is effective June 1st, 2009.

ADLOT DIRECTORY reserves the right to remove Content without prior notice. ADLOT DIRECTORY will also terminate a user's access to its website, if they are determined to be a repeat infringer. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had a user submission removed from the website more than twice. ADLOT DIRECTORY reserves the right to decide whether Content is appropriate and complies with these Terms for violations other than copyright infringement and violations of intellectual property law, such as, but not limited to, pornography, obscene or defamatory material, or excessive length. ADLOT DIRECTORY may remove such Content and/or terminate a user's access for uploading such material in violation of these Terms at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

Posting Rules
At ADLOT DIRECTORY we want to make sure that the site is as clean, friendly and usable as possible for everyone. We reserve the right to remove contents without refund where these breach our posting rules and/or terms & conditions. Posters that regularly break our posting rules may find their future use of the site restricted.

The form must be filled out completely and accurately;
The site must not be hosted on a virtual community (i.e. Geocities) or other free hosting communities (i.e. Anglefire, Blogspot);
The description of the site must describe the content of the site concisely and accurately;
We do not accept multiple submissions for the same site;
If the site is a commercial web site, the official business name must be visible to any visitor to that site;
The site must clearly define its purpose, products, and/or services;
The site may not appear in the Directory under a different URL;
If the site is applicable to a specific geographic region, the address must be visible to any visitor to that site;
The site must not contain any parts under construction;
All links on the site must function properly;
For reciprocal links, a link must be shown on the main page menu directing to the link page;
The site must be up and running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
The site must not be dedicated to directing the user to another page;
The page may not give the search engine different content than what the end-user sees;
The site must not have excessive advertising and popup windows - popup advertising is annoying and intrusive;
The site must not contain any content, products, services or other information that may be illegal to sell under any applicable law, that may infringe or violate anyone's rights, or that, ADLOT believes, in its sole discretion, is offensive;
No keyword spamming in site description and site name;
Keyword spamming is the practice of listing lots of often irrelevant phrases or words in an ad purely in an attempt to have a better search ranking (e.g. lots of postcodes or locations). We don't allow this on ADLOT DIRECTORY because it is very frustrating to our users to find irrelevant ads in their search results, it can make ads hard to read and it creates an unlevel playing field.

Additionally, you agree not to:

contact anyone who has asked not to be contacted;
"stalk" or otherwise harass anyone;
collect personal data about other users for commercial or unlawful purposes;
use automated means, including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or the like to download data from the Service - exception is made for internet search engines (e.g. Google) and non-commercial public archives (e.g. archive.org) that comply with our robots.txt file;
post non-local or otherwise irrelevant Content, repeatedly post the same or similar Content, or otherwise impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
post the same item or service in more than one category;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to ADLOT DIRECTORY's computer systems or engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality of, the Service or the ADLOT DIRECTORY website.

Please take note:

all website that are not functioning properly will be immediately removed from ADLOT DIRECTORY within 24 hours.

You are solely responsible for all information that you submit to ADLOT DIRECTORY and any consequences that may result from your post. We reserve the right at our discretion to refuse or delete content that we believe is inappropriate or breeching the above terms. We also reserve the right at our discretion to restrict a user's usage of the site either temporarily or permanently, or refuse a user's registration.

Notification of Claims of Infringements
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any user Content or other content infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

You acknowledge that if you fail to comply with all of the requirements of this Section 4, your Notification of Claims of Infringements notice may not be valid.

Privacy Policy and Information Disclosure
By using this website you acknowledge and agree that ADLOT DIRECTORY may, in its sole discretion, preserve or disclose your Content, as well as your information, such as email addresses, IP addresses, timestamps, and other user information, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: comply with legal process; enforce these Terms; respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third-parties; respond to claims that contact information (for example phone number, street address) of a third-party has been posted or transmitted without their consent or as a form of harassment; protect the rights, property, or personal safety of ADLOT DIRECTORY, its users or the general public. No Spam Policy

ADLOT DIRECTORY makes no representations that the ADLOT DIRECTORY Website is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who access or use the ADLOT DIRECTORY Website from other jurisdictions do so at their own volition and are responsible for compliance with local law.

Ability to Accept Terms of Use
You affirm that you are either more than 18 years of age, or an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms, and to abide by and comply with these Terms. General Information

YOU AND ADLOT DIRECTORY AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE ADLOT DIRECTORY WEBSITE MUST COMMENCE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES. OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

Violation of Terms and Liquated Damages
Please report any violations of the Terms, by flagging the posting(s) for review using the Contact Us link. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.

You understand and agree that, because damages are often difficult to quantify, if actual damages cannot be reasonably calculated then you will be liable to pay ADLOT DIRECTORY liquidated damages as follows:

If you post a content that (1) impersonates any person or entity; (2) falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity; or (3) that includes personal or identifying information about another person without that person's explicit consent, you agree that ADLOT DIRECTORY in its sole discretion may disclose identifying information about you to the victim, and that should ADLOT DIRECTORY bring a claim against you in court, that you will pay ADLOT DIRECTORY one thousand dollars ($1,000) for each such message.
If ADLOT DIRECTORY establishes limits on the frequency with which you may access the Service, or terminates your access to or use of the Service, you agree to pay ADLOT DIRECTORY one hundred dollars ($100) for each message posted in excess of such limits or for each day on which you access ADLOT DIRECTORY in excess of such limits, whichever is higher.
If you send unsolicited email advertisements to ADLOT DIRECTORY email addresses or through ADLOT DIRECTORY computer systems, you agree to pay ADLOT DIRECTORY twenty five dollars ($25) for each such email.
If you post messages in violation of these Terms, other than as described above, you agree to pay ADLOT DIRECTORY one hundred dollars ($100) for each such message. In its sole discretion, ADLOT DIRECTORY may elect to issue a warning before assessing damages.

Otherwise, you agree to pay ADLOT DIRECTORY's actual damages, to the extent such actual damages can be reasonably calculated. (All rates are quoted in US Dollars)

We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our Website. These companies use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to our Website and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
